Terms & Conditions

• Full payment will be charged according to the payment terms on the room booking.
• Reservations will be released automatically if the payment is unable to be charged to the payment options provided by the customer.
• Should the guest arrive without pre-payment, the resort reserves the right to collect full payment upon check-in.
• No Show Policy- the resort reserves the right to give no refunds or amendments if the guest does not turn up for their booking without prior communication and the hotel approval for cancellation, amendments and refund.
• Tourist tax is imposed for every booking by the municipal of Langkawi and payable upon check-in
• Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon.

Note: All payments can be made to the following beneficiary with receipt sent to rsvn@cottagebythesealangkawi.com with the booking confirmation number/email.
