Rozz Biodata:
ROZZ is a performer that defies anything generic. After attending high school in Penang, he then went to the United States to further his studies in Theatre Studies and International Relations. A studied vocal performer, ROZZ has been privileged to be trained by some of the world's most renowned vocal coaches, namely Imogen Casares and Christine Weitz for Jazz & improv technique.
Trained as a classical vocalist by Anne Ridgeworth from the early age of 4, Rozz has since dedicated himself to the study of music and theatre. His education and career as a performance artist eventually landed him at the epicenter of the actors's domain: New York City, where he was featured in various on and off-Broadway productions.
ROZZ, who credits Barbra Streisand, Joan Sutherland, and Freddie Mercury as major influences, has such a fascinating and commanding presence that one has to see him perform live to truly understand the phenomenon. He currently performs in the Asian region with many other great performers.

Tengku Ryo Biodata:
Tengku Ryo, aged 36, hails from the Royal family of the Sultanate of Serdang based in Medan, North Sumatra. A rising star violinist in Indonesia, he is better known for his efforts to showcase ethnic music through the violin to a variety of musical events including Java Jazz, Black & White World Music, and Fisherman Song World in China. He was awarded the "Best Performer” title at the Fisherman Song World of Zhou Zhan 2007 in China. Having won 11 awards for guitar playing, Ryo decided to take up the violin and has poured all his favourite sounds from various instruments into his violin playing. He also composes his own music drawn from his variety of life-shaping experiences. This is why his sounds and compositions are very unique, engaging, and enjoyable.
He released his first album, “Kechik”, in 2007. The album is a unique blend of classical Malay music on violin and is a resounding success. His hit single, "Journey to the Deli", was featured in the popular music compilation album, "Indonesian Beauty", produced by MS Production of Indonesia.
Tengku Ryo has had an intimate relationship with music from his childhood days. He exudes mastery over a range of instruments which include the violin, harmonica, flute, and guitar. Inspired by Nicollo Paganini, the violin has become his primary instrument and he has been exploring the violin for 14 years. Having started on the violin at a relatively late age, he spent over 12 hours a day for several years in order to gain mastery over the instrument. His mastery is evident to all those who have seen his performances. Even so, he is still continuously learning and improving his craft. He is a keen student of Traditional music, Bluegrass, Ragtime, Blues, Cajun, and Celtic/Irish music, all of which he picked up while pursuing his secondary and university education in Bandung. Of late, he has also taken a keen liking to Indian, Gypsy, Mediterranean, and Avant Grade music.
Tengku Ryo is inspired by Nicollo Paganini, Stephane Grapelli, Roby Lakatos, Pablo de Sarasate, Ravi Shankar, Hazrat Inayat Khan, Tan Sri P. Ramlee, Said Effendi and AR Rahman.
Tengku Ryo’s live performances are lively and moving. His speed and agility with the violin is inspiring and draws amazement from the crowds he entertains. One of his previous 11 guitar awards were for speed and this amazing skill has carried over to his violin playing. His most outstanding capability is in his talent for creative compositions that combine various styles of music in highly enjoyable ways.
Tengku Ryo is passionately dedicated to the development of the homeless in Indonesia. To date he has groomed and developed over 80 street musicians from the age of 10 to 25. His second album titled “Spirit”, released in early 2010, is a unique rendition of 8 compositions, 7 of which are violin instrumentals and one song featuring Canadian vocalist Janelle Thomas. In his new album he pushes beyond the boundaries of his traditional and ethnic realm to contemporary world music including various styles like Rock, Tango, and Celtic among others. However much he has done, he believes there is still a great journey ahead, and there’s plenty more to come from him.
